About us.
Our mission. RIDER360, LLC is a proud grassroots and values-based youth leadership program that builds young men, ages 14-18, into citizens of character secure in their future after high school and beyond.
Our philosophy – Choose your path, it’s your ride. We are the premier youth leadership experience that hears, validates, and acknowledges our client’s vision for their future and their path to success.
Our goal. is to connect the puzzle pieces that will drive our clients toward 360 Excellence and to ensure they are competitive for admission into top-tier colleges and universities and well postured to pursue other non-traditional options. We focus heavily on choice and consequence, goal setting, service to others, life skills, and showing gratitude toward parents and key stakeholders.
360 Excellence.
Since 2021 our clients have achieved 360 Excellence and secured their future in top tier traditional colleges and universities, ROTC programs, service academies, and Trades programs. Recently, we broke new ground and now include Fine Arts schools to our arsenal for success to better support our clients who demonstrate artistic expression in music, drama, dance, game development and more. Safety is our top priority. We provide a confidential, safe, and judgment free virtual platform and maintain complete transparency and open communication between the coach, parents, and the client. We are bound by the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF)Code of Ethics and provide onboarding that builds trust. Coach background checks are available upon request.

Meet the coach
Coach Scott R. Dooley
Leveraging more than three decades of excellence in military service and education, Mr. Dooley has focused his efforts on providing expert youth leadership coaching with the purpose of building young men, ages 14-19 years old, into citizens of character who are secure in their future after high school and beyond.
Prior to starting his private career, Mr. Dooley entered the United States Army on November 1, 1991 and served as a military police soldier for 25 years in key junior and senior leadership positions. In 2016, Mr. Dooley retired honorably from the United States Army and secured a position with Hargrave Military Academy, Chatham, VA, as the Director, Center for Leadership and Ethics. In this capacity, he served as the assistant team chair for the Executive Character Education Team, with oversight of the strategic Character Across the Campus Program. He also served as the chief instructor for the basic and advanced leadership courses and the sociology and psychology courses. Mr. Dooley attributes his inspiration to launching RIDER360, LLC, and his focus on individual youth leadership development, to his student’s ‘Aha’ moments of connecting the dots between making good choices and achieving their success.
Mr. Dooley was certified as a leadership coach through the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF) in 2021, attained a Master of Education in training and development leadership from Northcentral University in 2010, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in sociology with a concentration in criminal justice from Wagner College in 1991. He received certificates of completion in project management fundamentals from the Syracuse University School of Information Studies and in brand management from the University of London.
Within the coming years, Mr. Dooley intends to grow as a coach and to continue to provide the best service to his clients. His end state is to strengthen character, boost confidence, and empower his clients to make the right choices that will maximize their success.
